"A bad storm came through. Tore down lots of trees!! One hit my brand new metal building and laid on top. Another tree fell on my baby (62 Chevy C10) and multiple others. His crew was there the next day, had it all cleaned up and hauled off before I could get off work. Great prices and wow, fast response and work!! Will always use them from now on!!!"

"Tyler and his crew were fantastic! Removed a number of trees leaning over my house and 1 compromising a deck support post. All without incident and mindful. Fixed my deck, too--bonus!! Reasonably priced, communicated clearly, and showed up as planned. Will have them back for some additional projects. Thank you Tyler ... very satisfied!"

"We’re so grateful Tyler and his team came out the day after we called to remove a tree from our roof. He also gave us a good recommendation of a man to tarp our roof that day. Overall, good experience."

"Living out of town, it is often difficult to coordinate and navigate maintenance at our cabin in Blue Ridge. I am so happy to have found Tyler to install a culvert pipe for our washed-out driveway. I'm not sure if I'm more impressed with his work or his communication. He and his crew did a perfect job and exceeded our expectations. He kept in contact with me and responded promptly any time I would text to check on the status of the job. Highly recommend his services! Thank you, Tyler!"

"Tyler and his crew cut and topped several trees on our lot to open up the view. They were very accommodating and did everything we asked. I will definitely use them in the future for my landscaping needs. I highly recommend them for your tree services."

"Tyler is awesome! He responded immediately to my text. He had someone out on my property the same day to cut up the trees that had fallen on my fenceline. His prices are fair. I had called him two years ago for a quote and went with another contractor for a lower price. I had nothing but remorse over not choosing Explicit Land and Tree that time, as their job quality is great, and I know Tyler will be my first call going forward when I need help with trees."

"The crew that came out to the house and took down two trees that were dangerously leaning over my house did a superb job. They were very calculating on how they took the trees down, and they worked really hard. I was very impressed. I would not hesitate to call Explicit Land & Tree Service again. And I highly recommend them to anyone who needs help with their trees."

"Tyler and his guys are the best. They dropped the trees on the side of my property that is 1/2 mile up a mountain. They were very professional and safety-minded. Explicit is the only company that I will have cutting on my property."

"Explicit Land and Tree made a big job easy. The crew arrived promptly, surveyed the project, and got the job done efficiently. Multiple trees close to the house had to be cut down. The trees fell with accuracy exactly where they were supposed to fall. Very safe experts, safety gear at all times was worn, and no equipment malfunctions. Professional and knowledgeable experts cut down multiple trees with methodical precision. Would gladly use Explicit's services again."

"Excellent job removing a large tree."

"I had Tyler come out and take down 30 plus trees on my property and grade. I was very impressed by his work. I will be recommending his company to anyone in need of this type of work and will also be using them again in the future."

"Tyler and his team were hired for clearing 3-4 acres of dense forest into pastureland. The before and after pictures are amazing! Tyler took 40-50 trees down, mulched a few acres, and piled up the stumps and fixed holes. He also cut in a driveway and fixed a bad drainage issue. Tyler communicated really well, was on time, and over-delivered on my expectations. He was not the cheapest, but I’m glad I went with Explicit! Very talented crew and HIGHLY RECOMMEND 10/10 for tree work, grading, roads, and forestry mulching."

"I just recently had a few trees taken out by Explicit. Tyler and his team did excellent and safe work, and were very reasonably priced. Two of the trees were looming over the neighborhood road, and they were quick and efficient in bringing them down safely with no damage. Hard-working crew! Will be using them again in the near future."

"Tyler and his team cleared trees and created trails on my property. They did an amazing job and left it better than they found it. I will definitely have them perform more tree and trail work in the future."

"We used Explicit for tree removal previously, and he did an excellent and safe job. Tyler and his crew worked tirelessly to get our yard straightened out! We met several times prior to start of job to discuss what we wanted. Our yard had lots of big areas that were washing, and he was intentional about correcting that! He was upfront about costs, and we stuck to that plan! I highly recommend him for any tree or landscape work!"

"Tyler showed up on time and explained fully what he would do to our property. We had our driveway repaired and a large area that was severely overgrown mulched. It has made such a big difference. We can actually see the land! Since we plan to build on the property in the near future, we wanted to do the work in stages. Tyler was understanding of how we wanted to proceed and agreed to work with us. We plan to have more mulching done and trees removed in the near future and will most definitely use Tyler and crew again."

"I had Explicit do some creek bank work and cut up a tree that was partially in the creek. Cody did an awesome job. He also graded the driveway to clean up the tracks from the backhoe. Thank you so much Tyler! Definitely will use your company again."

"Highly recommend these guys. I heard them working hard next door and thought I'd walk over and get a card. I got a card, a quote, and a completed job--same day. Fast, friendly, affordable service. Hard-working guys with some jam-up equipment."

"Tyler and his Tree Team were professional and thorough and got the job done. Looking forward to having him back to do my grading."

"Explicit provides great service and safe tree pruning and removal. We found Explicit after our previous tree care company closed. But, that owner believed that Tyler, at Explicit, had the crew and equipment to meet our needs. This is our second use of Explicit, and with past employment in the tree care industry, I believe that Explicit will provide professional, trained, safe, and insured help for any additional tree or land management assistance."

"Awesome company to work with, even better customer service!"

"Highly recommend! Very professional and clean work! No mess left behind. Also, very easy to communicate and schedule with."

"Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! The crew was professional, on time, and worked efficiently. They removed trees safely and left the yard cleaner than it was before they arrived. Highly recommend!"

"We couldn’t be happier with the service we received. The team was knowledgeable, careful around our home and landscaping, and completed the job quickly without cutting corners. Pricing was fair and communication was excellent. If you need tree removal, this is the company to call!"

"Excellent work on correcting grading and tree issues on my property. Was able to move/re-use about 30 loads of dirt that were placed wrong and brought in more to finish the job. Fixed erosion issues, and land now supports the foundation of home. Took down over 20 trees damaged by builder. The crawlspace and under deck is dry after recent rains vs active water issues. It was a huge job and took weeks, but results are significant--the neighbors and other contractors all comment on the difference."

"Very efficient, hard working, and friendly. Excellent job. Highly recommend!!"

"Professional tree removal, mulching, and grading. Have worked with this company several times and have always been happy with the results. A five star company!"

"We recently had Tyler and his team take out about 7 trees. Some had to be climbed due to the location of the trees and buildings. We were extremely satisfied with the results. Trunks, limbs, and debris were cleaned up before they left. Competitively priced and showed up on time. Give Tyler a shout and get a quality job for the price. You will be glad you did."

"Tyler and his crew did an amazing job for us. The project turned out better than I could have pictured myself, and even a year later, it still looks just as good as the day they finished. I am extremely pleased with their work and will contact them again for all my grading, tree, and landscaping needs!"

"Had a great experience with these guys--Tyler is awesome! They handled tree removal, stump grinding, and cleanup, and everything was done professionally from start to finish. They worked efficiently, took care of my property, and left the area cleaner than I expected. Pricing was great compared to others I checked, and there were no surprises. If you need tree work done and don’t want to get overcharged and want to have great work done--I’d definitely recommend them."

"Fantastic job! We needed a pine tree removed and saw this company on FB. Called Tyler, and he came and gave us a reasonable bid. Showed up on the scheduled day and time with his crew and got to work! His crew is absolutely amazing! What a team. They were organized and efficient as they navigated that enormous tree! Our neighbor watched as they worked through the day, no lunch! And he felt compelled to go tip all of them $50! Great job Tyler. So pleased!"

"The crew at Explicit Tree Service took down 4 big dead trees, some of which were close to electrical lines. They did wonderful work and did clean up my yard, and I have lots of wood chips that I can use. This company is responsible and does great work for a reasonable and fair price. I would use them again if necessary."

"These guys are great! Told them what I wanted done: remove about 5 trees, 4 of them around power lines, the other one very close to the house. Gave me a fair estimate, scheduled an appointment, and they showed up on time, completed the job in a very timely manner. Cleaned up really good before they left. Very professional, very knowledgeable, and made sure I was completely satisfied with work before leaving. Highly recommend this company for their service. You won't be disappointed. Will definitely use them again. Definitely 5 stars. Thanks guys."

"Did a great job. I would highly recommend them to anyone."

"I highly recommend Explicit Land & Tree Service! Tyler and his crew were very courteous and professional! They did the forestry mulching for me, and it looks fantastic!"

"These guys are professional and very nice. I was amazed at how efficient they were."

"Tyler and his crew did an incredible job taking down 11 dead or diseased trees, most were around 75’ to 100’ tall. They had the top equipment to get it done safely and protect all our other surrounding trees. It was a great price. They were here on time, worked hard all day, and got the job done. We kept the trees, and they cut them to the length we wanted; we now have seating around the fire pits and wooden walkway paths. We will definitely be using them again and telling our friends about them."

"These guys did a phenomenal job! Plan to use them again soon. You cannot go wrong with this company."

"Tyler’s team removed a 90-foot tree in 2.5 hours. They did for you exactly as we asked, as usual. They are so great!!"

"We had Explicit Land & Tree Service remove two dead trees that required a lift and take down a large limb hanging over our shop. Tyler was prompt, professional, and very responsive. He came out within 24 hours to provide a quote, and we received the estimate the same day. The crew was able to complete the work several days ahead of schedule and did an outstanding job. They worked safely, had the right equipment for the job, and took great care of our property. Everything was completed exactly as requested, and they left the area clean when they finished. Great communication, excellent workmanship, and a professional crew. Highly recommended."

"These guys are top notch! From communication start to finish to attention to details leaving site clean, and wow, the equipment Tyler has invested in to make it happen! They are natives and know their trees. I highly recommend their services, and Anna was great in communication, too! Being a working person and having to schedule around this."

"Explicit did an awesome job for us! They showed up on time and stayed until they were finished."

"Wow. Tyler and crew showed up. Even a day early, which was for the best. They gave me back my yard when other companies couldn't finish the job. Excellent communications from Tyler. Pro job. Highly recommend."

"Well, this post is late, unlike Tyler and Explicit Land & Tree Service. They came out to quote, took all my information, and came less than a week later. They serviced every tree/area I had asked. They even came back a second day to get the last work done. Could NOT be more happy."

"Fairly priced, communicated well, went above and beyond by chipping up a tree I cut down earlier this year at no extra charge. Thanks Tyler!"

"Great work!! Removed 2 trees, ground both stumps, and cleaned property! Great crews and owner extremely easy to work with!"
